Our experience with Neil was nothing short of brilliant, he advised us on lots of things from sale type to marketing and made the whole process painless. He kept us up to date regularly with phone calls and emails and personal visits. The end result was great and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Neil to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a property.

Seller of a house in Farmborough Heights, NSW We recently sold our property in Farmborough Heights through Angela Bolton and were extremely pleased with her and the Stone experience. From initial meeting, to the listing process, to guidance through the open for inspections she was thorough and professional at each step of the way. She also handled the negotiation process with clear and transparent communication which resulted in a sale price above and beyond our expectations. Very happy and thank you Angela!

Neil is not “over the top” as some agents can be. Neil’s calm efficient manner allows the seller to be confident that the sale will proceed in a professional manner. He was always on time, gave sound advice and provided regular feedback. Most importantly Neil was focused on the sale and therefore devoted the necessary time and energy required by the seller. The sale proceeded in an orderly fashion with a great result. I would highly recommend Neil to all people looking to buy or sell real estate.
