My mother passed away and we had to sell the family house. We had dealings with Michael in the past and were happy with his results. The house had minor structural damage so he put a realistic price range on the house to attract buyers. We had 42 visitors for the first and only open house inspection. He attracted two serious buyers and was on the phone with them constantly on the Sunday after the open house. A final offer with an unconditional contract was accepted late Sunday.
