From the initial consultation about the sale of our property and throughout the process we have found Paul to be a person of integrity and credibility. We found that Paul has real and detailed knowledge of the Wollongong market. He used this to our benefit in helping us appropriately price our house. His commitment to researching comparable properties and using this knowledge to advise us was excellent. We felt very comfortable with the price range that was suggested. He consulted with us on the best marketing strategies to access buyers through all possible media including local press all the way through to sophisticated internet options. Marketing packages were very reasonably priced and we found them to be very effective in attracting potential buyers. His commitment to working on our behalf was backed up by the very capable team he has created at Stone Wollongong. We knew from their communication and actions that everyone was working their best to make our sale as successful and stress free as it possibly could be.
