Most outstanding team and agency
Firstly, what a great team of real estate professionals to do business with. When making such a considerable purchase decision, I wanted to know I was dealing with an agency that we could trust and felt this was without question the case. I also found Paul and Michael, the key contacts and the vendor’s sales representatives very personable and friendly, which helped me, and my wife feel very comfortable with the negotiations which got us to settlement, problem free. Also, at no point did we feel pressured and throughout the purchasing journey felt that both Paul and Michael had our best interests in mind as well.
Both representatives always answered every call or email, even at the most inconvenient time of the day or evening. Their professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. This resulted in a win, win situation for both parties. They were there to answer all our questions and helped us make the best purchasing decision for both my wife and me. Their attention to detail, anticipation of needs of both parties, knowledge of the market and people skills were exemplary. That resulted in both going out of their way to do as much as possible to get us in the house that we wanted, to the absolute delight of me and my wife.
Buying a new home is certainly such a personal and emotional journey, I just can’t imagine anyone able to improve on the service provided by Stone Real Estate Illawarra. Thanks again to Paul Piacentin and Michael Farina, as well as the rest of the wonderful team at Stone Real Estate for being such a pleasure to work with.
