Initially Michael did not reply to my enquiries via email or voice message. At first inspection he replied to my questions in a condescending tone. This all changed once he saw that we were serious contenders for the purchase. At auction the property was passed in with us being the highest bidders. We were only given direction as to what happens next when we asked, as Michael was racing off to his next property. Michael did work late into Saturday afternoon negotiating with the vendor and ourselves.

Our journey with Mark, his principal Adam Moore and their Stone team began in 2018 when we expressed an interest in downsizing from our 4-bedroom home to an apartment. Mark told us about owners who were looking to upsize. Mark arranged for an off-market inspection of their property and it was enough for us to " pull the trigger" and prepare, then place our home on the market so we might be "cashed up" should the apartment officially be listed for sale. Fast forward and we sold for a price that reflected the market circa early 2019. Shortly after our sale, the apartment we had our eye on went on the market - as we knew it would be, with Mark and Adam.
