I found Adam very obliging and easy to communicate with as a potential purchaser. He had one of his staff connect with me prior to the auction to make sure I had no further questions and asked me was I going to attend on the day. His team overall came across as being very efficient.

Adam knows his market and how to get the best for the vendor and purchaser. Adam and his team were available every step of the way. Their guidance, property and market knowledge was first rate. I honestly wish more agents were like Adam and his team, they made a difficult task far easier and enjoyable. Thank you Adam, Ellena and the team at Stones Manly.

We chose Adam, not only because he sold us our sea change house back in 2013 but because he lives around the corner and is a really nice guy. His knowledge of Manly and the “ideal fit” were key to the sale of our gorgeous semi. We didn’t just want to sell it to anybody but to someone who’d love it as much as we did. We are so excited to move a couple of streets to the beachfront to continue our “everyday feels like a holiday in Manly” .

Michael was the selling agent for our house purchase. We valued his professionalism, helpfulness and efficiency in administrative matters and found him to be friendly and welcoming from a personal perspective. We owe him a special thanks also for his patience during our many (and sometimes lengthy) inspections!

I would highly recommend Michael to anyone selling their family home. Since we moved to Western hill of Manly 20 years ago I'd noticed that Michael was a prominent hardworking agent in the area. I'd frequently see him dropping fliers and door knocking when I was pushing a pram. I felt he really understood the area and how to sell a home like ours in the western hill of Manly. He's a regular down to earth guy who really listened and respected our wishes while guiding us with his expert advice & experience. He got us a fantastic result for our home and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you Michael!

Candice worked hard to help secure this purchase for us and she even called us back to give us the opportunity to buy this property, when the vendors had taken it off the market, then decided to sell again. We where really happy with her honest and open communication. She kept us updated at all times along the way.

Michael did a great job in balancing the vendor's interests with our own, while still ensuring we got a quick decision when we needed it. We really appreciated that he went out of his way to get the contract exchanged (drove to pick up a signed copy from the vendor etc), and that he was very transparent and honest throughout. We never felt like we were getting 'played' - he is an authentic person who cares about his work. Thank you Michael for all your help - both pre and post exchange!

Adam was very professional and made the purchase of our first home a very enjoyable and exciting experience. The team at Stone went above and beyond and that is due to Adam’s leadership. We will definitely be looking to Adam and his team when the time comes to sell our property and will be recommending Stone real estate to all of our family and friends!

Candice was well informed about the property, the vendors, the market, potential buyers, the environs and the sale process. She was responsive in following up any request for further information or documentation. She was generous in arranging additional inspections, including after sale but before settlement. Candice has a pleasant, non-pushy, just helpful style. I would not hesitate to engage her services.
