We want to thank Stones Real Estate Seaforth for helping us with the sale of our property in Seaforth. My wife and I went to a lot of effort to assess all the available and local agents and choosing Stones was an obvious choice for us in the end. Little did we realise just how good a decision this was and how it would all eventually turn out. Stones, through Maria Cassarino, one of the principals and partners at Stones, and one of their senior agents who primarily dealt with us, Lauren Sudol, brought such a high level of expertise, knowledge, integrity and honesty to the whole process and eventual sale of our home. Lauren Sudol had an almost textbook knowledge of the whole area around Seaforth and used that knowledge to identify the type of buyer we would be appealing to and modeled a comprehensive campaign around that. Her advice, extraordinary levels of communication and her energy and ability to fully involve us in all aspects of what was happening almost minute by minute was so important to us. Lauren’s identification of the likely buyers and their possible potential plans for our property influenced the sales campaign she planned and this all went way and above anything we could wish for in an agency selling our home. From our part, it all wound up to be such an easy and involving process. And that is just what professionals can do. To say that the sale of our home by Stones at Seaforth was the best outcome is also an understatement. The sale of our home was completed with honesty and integrity at all times and wound up with what can only be described as a win-win situation for all involved. In our opinion, the buyer purchased a home at a fair price, we got what we had expected and Stones Real Estate, through Lauren and Maria, could claim another successful sale. My experience with Maria has been outstanding. Maria is honest and a very straight shooter.
