Todd was extremely helpful and professional the whole way through our experience with him. We had several delays on our side and Todd could not have been more helpful and supportive during these hiccups. I truely felt like Todd gave me advice to best suit our needs, not his commission. I’m very grateful to Todd for his hands on service. From good trade contacts, and dusk photos, to helping prep for open houses (I have 2 small children), Todd did everything he could to make the process as easy as possible for us. But results are the most important thing: we got 10% over our reserve price as Todd knew the local market so well that we ran to auction with a fantastic result. We couldn’t be happier with Todd and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell on the Northern Beaches, especially in/near Allambie Heights.

We first met Chris as prospective purchasers, we weren't then in a position to buy, Chris kept in touch with us every few weeks letting us know if any properties were coming to market and if any of our circumstances had changed. Once we were in a position to put our property on the market, Chris went through our marketing and campaign strategy in detail and helped us turn around the property for matket in a couple of weeks. All through our campaign he was open, communicated regularly and kept us informed and we knew where we stood with all prospective buyers. He has a very nice and relatable personality that made the whole process less stressful!
