Chris is an incredibly likeable agent who along with his fantastic team, did everything possible to turn what should have been a stressful process into an (almost) enjoyable one. In terms of achieving my sales expectation he went above and beyond in a somewhat difficult market. I was very happy with the sale price! Chris happily negotiated through his days off going above and beyond to close the sale. I would also like to mention his assistant Tracey who was an incredibly important component of the real estate magic. I've used other agents to sell property in the past - some who have achieved great sales results as well, but none who have that great combination of good negotiation skills combined with great people skills.

I was very impressed with Chris Elliott. He was consultative throughout the whole sales process and indulged me (very kindly) with the numerous and sometimes ignorant questions I had as a first time seller. No ask was too big or small for Chris with him treating the sale of my property as if it was his own; paying thought to the finer details of property's presentation and timing the sale for the best result. It is not an easy thing to choose the right estate agent to sell your property, especially when you don't live in that country and you will not be present for the sale. It is a huge leap of faith as you have to put an enormous amount of trust in that person. My brother and I lost our mother just before Christmas and we had to travel to Australia from the U.K. for the funeral and to sell her house. We could only stay for three weeks so it was imperative to get things moving quickly. We made a shortlist of three agents and had a meeting with them all. I liked Maria straight away. She was very professional but at the same time kind and caring. I think the word that best describes her is genuine. I would say go with your gut instinct - I'm glad I did. It was not an easy job for Maria and her team as there were many obstacles to overcome but they did it admirably. Whenever there was a problem or something that needed explaining Maria knew what to do. I knew she wouldn't let us down. I would recommend Maria unreservedly. Highly professional and trustworthy.
