the first viewing of property required a 30 minute wait due to timing error on website. I requested 4 items be checked on contract and was advised on day of auction that one was not after I asked. another one of them, reference to land tax, was ignored on the contract. our final bid was rejected by auctioneer because it was a $2,000 increment, even though it was the highest bid. apart from that, chris and trace did a good job and were as helpful as they could be..

Maria first came to our home just to give us an appraisal on the value of property. We instantly felt comfortable dealing with her, so much so that we agreed to start marketing the property exclusively through her. Maria was very open and honest as to what we could expect not only on price but how she viewed the property and the approach we should take. Throughout the process Maria constantly kept in touch with us, updating after open homes and discussing prospective buyers views on the property. She was always direct and honest on the feedback which we appreciated. We were away for a period of the marketing and Maria when way beyond what we expected making sure she had the property presented well. We sold the property, not at auction but through private treaty and were very happy with the outcome. This was down to the hard work that Maria and her team put into the sale. We would have no hesitation in recommending Maria, she was very trustworthy and we always felt she had our best interest at heart which is not always the case these days.
