He was consultative throughout the whole sales process and indulged me (very kindly) with the numerous and sometimes ignorant questions I had as a first time seller. No ask was too big or small for Chris with him treating the sale of my property as if it was his own; paying thought to the finer details of property's presentation and timing the sale for the best result. It is not an easy thing to choose the right estate agent to sell your property, especially when you don't live in that country and you will not be present for the sale. It is a huge leap of faith as you have to put an enormous amount of trust in that person. My brother and I lost our mother just before Christmas and we had to travel to Australia from the U.K. for the funeral and to sell her house. We could only stay for three weeks so it was imperative to get things moving quickly. We made a shortlist of three agents and had a meeting with them all. I liked Maria straight away. She was very professional but at the same time kind and caring. I think the word that best describes her is genuine. I would say go with your gut instinct - I'm glad I did. It was not an easy job for Maria and her team as there were many obstacles to overcome but they did it admirably. Whenever there was a problem or something that needed explaining Maria knew what to do. I knew she wouldn't let us down. I would recommend Maria unreservedly. Highly professional and trustworthy.

It is a very unsettling feeling when you get the phone call to say the place you call home is being sold. All of a sudden you are naturally disheveled but it did not take long to feel reassured and comforted by Chris and Trace from STONE Real Estate. They both were so considerate and handled all the necessary processes in the most respectful way, making sure that the times for viewing were suitable for us and keeping us fully informed. Chris also knew that we really wanted to stay should they find an Investor. It was only into the second week when we received the call from Chris with the excellent news that they had a lovely investor for the apartment who would like us to continue to rent the premises. Chris & Trace really do care about the outcome for all parties involved and we had first hand experience of this.
