Their attention to detail was without fault and the upfront guidance assisting us in presenting our home as we did, resulted in a great outcome. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, whatever we needed prior to and during the campaign was managed from the simplest task to complex local council / NSW Government issues - they were all over it!! If Maria and Lauren could not provide a solution themselves, they had contacts who could from tradespeople, cleaners etc.. Selling our home of 16 years was a 'big deal' for us emotionally and was stressful at times but Maria and Lauren's organised and calm approach to it all made it seamless - with a few laughs along the way! Maria took the time to really get to know us personally as buyers. We were dealing with vendors with huge emotional attachment to their property and she took the time to convey our own passion for the property and our “forever” plans for it. Very commercial, very fast to get the deal done and closed. Worker night and day and through the Christmas period to get everything finalised. If we ever to sell I would definitely appoint her however I have no plans to ever sell!!

Chris and his team did a great job. Chris was recommended to us and we were pleased with the whole process. We discussed what we wanted to do and together we put together a plan. Then we handed over the keys to Chris and did not have to worry from that moment on. The unit was refreshed with new carpet, painted through out, and a stylist to complete the plan. Chris organised all of this and adjusted the plan as we learnt more. The sale was a great success, we got more than we anticipated and was sold in LESS THEN ONE WEEK.
