5 star rating for 5 star service. Cohan along with Terence show a good knowledge of Camira and were right on the money. They got me the price I was after and kept me up to date through out the whole process. Always would pick up his phone when I rang and gave excellent service. Couldn't be more happy with the whole process and highly recommend

Terence was professional, personable, and transparent, providing consistent updates throughout the process. If needed, he effectively mediated with third parties and translated technical jargon. He accurately predicted the sale of our home without setting unrealistic expectations. He made us feel supported, at ease and treated us like family, going above and beyond to also find us a new home. We are so grateful for Terence and Cohen's assistance and highly recommend them as real estate agents.
