When we first engaged Corey & Braedyn, we were impressed with their market knowledge of the complex and the current market trends. They suggested quite an extensive marketing campaign, which we were initially hesitant to undertake; however, looking back now, we are glad we went forward. Their negotiation skills were also sharp and professional; they achieved one of the highest sale prices in the complex. We are pleased with the process and would highly recommend it.
