Tom worked hard to make sure both Seller and Buyer were on the same page. As the Seller, Tom would keep me updated on the progress of the sale and work hard to resolve any questions or concerns raised by potential buyers. He was always available and willing to follow-up and support our decisions and provide advice when and where necessary, and more than capable is giving the tenant of the property assurance of the process and requirements for sale. Coupled with Brett Smith & Co Solicitors, we had a great outcome of the sale. I'm excited we found a couple who are looking forward to starting the next stage of their lives in what used to be our own family home.
