Nate first contacted me many months before we signed with Strud to sell our property. Even though I don't like cold callers I was happy to strike up a continuing relationship with Nate. He would call from time to time to update recent sales of similar properties. When we were ready to sell the property I was more than happy to sign up with Nate/Strud. Eventually I learnt that his surname is "Sales" with an "a" on the end. Nate and Chelsea made an excellent promotional video which created a lot of interest in the property. Nate worked tirelessly to show potential buyers the property and secured many offers over the 5+ months that elapsed leading up to the sale.
