Selling our home from a different time zone, we needed more than just a real estate agent - we needed a true partner. Team McLeod delivered! Terence was professional, confident and straightforward, with a great sense of humour which made the sales process very relaxed. Even with the 8 hour time zone difference, nothing was ever too much trouble. We got a great result quickly with a smooth settlement. We highly recommend Team McLeod to anyone looking to sell in Brookwater.

As a Buyers Agent, I work with Sales Agents regularly all over the country. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a property from Chelsea for a client and the experience was fantastic. Chelsea communicated well, was very accommodating and made the entire purchase (and after) really smooth. This is not always possible from the buyers side but Chelsea made it work with ease. I genuinely look forward to the next purchase with her and the team.

From start to finish, our experience selling our home with Strud Property and their incredible team was nothing short of outstanding. We were consistently impressed by their unwavering professionalism, deep market knowledge, and genuine commitment to making the entire process seamless and stress-free. No request was too big or too small, and they approached every challenge with a can-do attitude, proving that nothing was too hard for them to achieve. They guided us expertly through every stage, from initial appraisal to successful settlement, always providing clear communication and proactive updates. Their attention to detail and dedication truly set them apart. If you're looking for a real estate team that delivers exceptional results with unparalleled service and professionalism, look no further than Strud and their team. We wholeheartedly recommend them and are so grateful for their hard work in selling our house. A very special thanks to Peter Ta and his personal assistant Michael Johnson, two top blokes.

5 stars. Ben was always a professional yet friendly presence from the initial call all the way to the settlement day. His knowledge of the Springfield area helped us envision a homely life that had a balance of comfort, convenience and luxury (all within our price range). Ben made sure our many requests were listened to and relayed information between us (my dad & I) and the sellers as soon as he got it. Really thankful to Ben and his team for landing me my first home.

I First met Peter a few years ago now when I was looking to buy my second home.. even though Peter could not help me at the time with my new purchase, he stayed in contact with me calling occasionally just to catchup with no sales pitch just to ask how everything worked out. Even christmas cards etc even though I was unable to Purchase a house through him or Strud.. I new when it came time to sell my forst property he was the guy for me. He wasn't just after the money he was a genuine decent person. So when it came time to sell it was a no brainer and I called him direct. Thanks for all efforts Peter. Appreciate it very much mate. Catch up soon.

Peters extensive knowledge of real estate and dedication to the sale of our property has resulted in an outcome that well and truely exceeded our expectations. From the initial meet and greet to the vibrant call exclaiming that we had an unconditional sale, Pete has always been available to address any anxiety we had over the sale. This sale speaks for itself, being sold quicker than your same day delivery, Peter and team at STRUD know how to get the job done.

I had intentions of looking around for an agent. Jeremy was the first and only agent I met with. He was straight forward, explained everything in detail, gave excellent advice from the wealth of knowledge he carried. His communication was on point throughout and after sale. He pushed beyond expectations and had everything set out from beginning to end and more. If I am to sell again, I will be asking for Jeremy Langlios.

We enquired with other Real Estates and found Jesse and the team at Strud to be very professional, well educated on the areas and bent over backwards for us. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. They sold 2 properties for us within a month.
