I have had some bad experiences when my property was handled by another agent. I left that agency and re-assigned my property with Willow Tree who were excellent agents, when advised they were selling their rental side of their business I was sceptical. Since February when Summit took over the franchise of leasing properties from Willow Tree I was a little nervous to say the least. I was pleasantly surprised that the level of communication was very good, prompt replies via email or phone and to go beyond to explain as to why my agent could not respond in a timely manner she gave a valid reason why. Level of professionalism my agent has conducted, I couldn't ask for a better approach to, either for myself or the tenant/prospective tenant. Inspection reports are well executed and documented. As for negotiation I can't comment as I haven't sold a property with Summit. Credibility can only measured with my personal experience and that of others noted with time.

I’ve listed my investment property for rent with them for over 10 years. I wouldn’t consider anyone else. Always helpful, courteous, considerate, on the ball, but not overbearing on the landlord or tenant, playing a perfect balancing approach which is fair and reasoned. The previous Agency we rented our house out through was no where near as good or professional as Summit. The people at Summit have been great every step of the way, making sure we are kept up to date as well as working hard to help us achieve our goals. Over all the performance of Abbie who manages my property is impressive. My reasoning behind my view, she has supervised the work on the external area's of the house e.g {lawn, water bore , and water system}. The manner in which she organised the contactors in effective time frame , resulted in a quick turn around time for the property.

NBN battery has not been changed or dish washer hasn’t been fixed after we had let them know a lot of times, I fixed the shed etc. There is no appreciation of my work, it doesn’t feel like a home cause we can’t do much here. The service here is very poor.

I have been very please with the rental management side of the property, my PM Kelly Hille always response in a timely manner, is very polite to deal with and very help with all matters that have required attention, I was a little disappointed in the sale side when I tried to sell the house, the agent was always late on the weekly reports, I asked for some assistance regarding the property and never received as he informed me it was hard to do, I went to willow tree as they previously managed the property and they were more than happy to help and had the info to me within 3 days! over all I'm pleased with the management of my property through Summit, although I don't think I'd use the sales side again after my dealings the first time.
