It took a while to get suitable tenants for the downstairs unit. A few of the applicants were not at all suitable to the outline I provided of the ideal tentant. I would have like the electricity to be calculated monthly from the incoming account instead of being included in the rent. It was explained to me that if this expense was to be abused, that I could alter the rental agreement at the 6 month mark. Absolutely found professional knowledge, assistance, answers to questions, availability to call and speak to Dietmar and his persistance to find an ideal applicant, was honourable!

Easily booked a viewing of a rental. Turned up at the viewing and they were there on time. The agent attending was very good and knowledgeable of area and helpful. Was sent a online application and completed it. I knew within a few days I had been successful with my application. From there the agent made it very easy to sign the lease and helped with a move in connections. Overall was a very pleasant and easy process.

The rental process took quite some time to organise. We had applied and we’re prepared to chase things up to ensure a speedy approval process however there wasn’t a great deal of communication. I know they were probably busy but it felt very unorganised. They then lost the rent and were unable to locate it until over two weeks later.

They have really helped us with preparing our property for rental by arranging inspections, trades and repair, along with handling the invoicing.
