The staff were very friendly during the inspection and answered any questions we had. I had my 3 teenage children at the inspection as well and they felt very comfortable at the inspection. Once we applied for the rental the staff were very quick with their response and helped us with information that was needed to help with our application. Our experience was very positive and yes we got the house that we loved too.

We were given a short notice to leave our private rental, my fiancé and I had to frantically start looking for a new home to reside in. When we met Sally Smith (property Manager) of Tate Brownlee Real Estate at one of her many managed properties Sally was able to help/guide us to all of the homes that would be suitable and available for our family/situation. We applied for the perfect home for our little family, again not really hopeful of being approved whilst still going to many other inspections and applying also.
