I’m definitely not the easiest property owner to please and have really high standards for who ever looks after our property. More specifically I look for someone who can see our vision and help bring it to life in a rental property. We were originally appraised a rental value of around $500 per week and when we first met with the team I let them know that I wanted to beat that by at least $250 per week. We completed small renovations on the house and with the help of Dietmar and the team were able to secure solid tenants for more than $800/week on a 12 month lease. We spoke with at least 6 other agents before deciding on this team and the results speak for themselves. In particular what stood out for me was the vision that Tatebrownlee had for our property and how we could get the maximum yield from it. From my perspective others just wanted to add another property to their management list and just wanted to do business as usual.
