Finding a home is very difficult in the Tweed. Demand is high and being unsuccessful for a rental frequent. Nikki from state Brownlee Real Estate was so friendly from the moment we met her at our third inspection. She went above to match us with properties they had available and coming up, ensuring that we were registered on the early bird list and touching base to make sure we knew of suitable properties. We built a rapport with Nikki very quickly too and we were all excited when we were successful for a very nice property in a super convenient location. The onboarding was easy, quick and well explained. In my correspondence with Nikki she has answered all our questions and ensured that we were comfortable with the process and well informed. First meeting at the office we were greeted warmly by all the staff we encountered, who were all keen to help. The entry report was completed in great detail ensuring both the owner and tenants are covered on departure. This was the best entry report I have had to deal with. We totally recommend the great team at Tate Brownlee Real Estate who provide a great experience all round.
