Communication during the application was very good however the property was handed over in a very poor and unclean state. Cockroach shit everywhere leaking drains and taps and the oven hadn't been cleaned. Very underwhelming move in experience.

In particular I would like to recognise Dietmar as he was incredibly professional and approachable with no question being too much, as well as having his potential applicants interests in the forefront of all he does. Trying to obtain a rental that fit our needs as a family of 6 while being unable to make face to face inspections due to living in Far North Queensland and work commitments did not phase Dietmar in the least. He always took the time to show me through a property in detail via Face time which was beyond appreciated. He was incredibly professional, with top notch communication and we were always kept up to date with every step of the process.
