All our dealings have been very professional and the agency has excellent communications. Emails response is very quick and on all occasions when we have called the phone has been answered. Should someone not be available at the time either some else will handle the enquiry or the POC will be in touch in a quick turn around. Advice provided has been of value and quite frankly they know their business. Their rental appraisal was on the mark with the market expectation. We are happy to say they achieved more in rent than we expected. They have show care for our property and have our trust in their management. We have been with Tate Brownlee since they acquired the business from Raine and Horne. We were not overly impressed with the mundane service, but persevered, they did lift their game. Then Madi joined the company. We were then had a problem which required quite a significant amount of skill and effort to solve . Madi has been a real gem. Her expertise in problem solving, her communication skills, and her diligence is 100%. It has been a real pleasure to do business with TBRE over the last 12 months, both in property management and selling. Overall a very good company to do business with.
