He provided weekly updates on our land exposition, from time to time wrote market overviews and insights, followed by meaningful recommendations. Eventually, Sam found a purchaser amid his personal commercial contacts, that is very valuable. We sold our property pretty much at the desired price and are happy with the deal and interaction.
