Beau went above and beyond to sell our property and even took on some of the costs himself to better the chance of a sale. Glad we didn’t pick any other agent or agency to sell our property. Once officially placed on the market our property sold within 2 weeks!. Communication was above expected, updating us every 1-2 days until our property was sold.

It was a pleasure working with Beau. He made us feel comfortable from the beginning of our sales experience. He set a realistic target without overstating our property but provided enough insight and understanding of the market that proved spot on. Beau is an affable and honest gentleman and we are glad we chose Taylor Hedley and we would highly recommend Beau, Sam Taylor and the team.

Sam Taylor and his colleague, Shelby, were confident from our first meeting that they could sell our unit at a better price than we had been led to expect by others. That confidence they said, and it turned out to be the case, was based on their knowledge and understanding of the local market and the factors that were likely to influence potential purchasers. Once instructed they put together an effective marketing plan that focussed on the buyer demographic that they had identified and then put in a great deal of time and effort into staffing open house events and following up with interested parties. Their enthusiasm never wavered despite one of the most saleable attributes of the property, its location and the view therefrom, being totally undermined by appalling weather. Professionalism and perseverance achieved a sale within 2 months of the property being listed. Bravo!

Sam and his team were absolutely incredible during the recent sale of our house. Not only did they achieve a sale price well above what we expected and put together a fantastic marketing campaign that generated lots of interest and managed to get our house sold within the first week of market, it was their attention to detail and customer service that really stood out for us. Sam got to know us and what we wanted/ needed and at each step of the process Sam went above and beyond for us and our sale. Sam exceeded our expectations, we cannot stop talking about the attention to detail TaylorHedley has and how incredible and fresh their client experience is! If you are looking for a real estate agent that is a step above the others, TaylorHedley will not disappoint!

In brief, Sam demonstrated deep knowledge and professionalism in general and local markets. He provided weekly updates on our land exposition, from time to time wrote market overviews and insights, followed by meaningful recommendations. Eventually, Sam found a purchaser amid his personal commercial contacts, that is very valuable. We sold our property pretty much at the desired price and are happy with the deal and interaction. Sam also provided invaluable support in relation to preparing our landsite for the deal.

Sam did an amazing job selling my property. He was very knowledgeable about the local market, the client base that would be interested in my property and how to achieve the best result. Sam was professional at all times, and his friendliness put me immediately at ease and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process, from initial contact to well after the sale was complete. It didn't feel at all like this was just another transaction for Sam. I believe that he genuinely cared for me and my property in order to give me the best result, and the result was outstanding. I would definitely engage Sam again and can wholeheartedly recommend anyone else to engage him.
