Beau and Sam stood out from the beginning as genuinely nice people with a great sense of humour. This was great for building rapport with us and potential buyers. The team was always professional and a joy to work with. While we didn’t quite get what we hoped for the house, this was more a reflection of the market and some unique aspects of our house than anything else. Beau and Sam stayed positive and never gave up trying different methods and strategies throughout. The communication was great and I love how they run open homes with activities for the kids. They are great at thinking of the little touches and helped get us in touch with suppliers to get the house ready for sale.
