We had the pleasure of selling and purchasing with Sam Taylor. For 14 months we looked for the perfect home for our growing family and were greeted with honesty, respect and professionalism at every open home we attended. Once finding our perfect home Sam and his team were able to sell our home within one pre market open house just from his own database. Throughout the whole process the communication from his team (notably the lovely Mackenzie) was absolutely amazing with every question answered promptly. We had a tricky situation with having to sell to purchase and Sam was 100% honest the whole way, whether it was going to work for us or not, he looked out for our family and new exactly what we needed. Along with some fun banter Sam and his team made a very stressful situation a lot easier and showed respect to all parties involved as well as other real estate agents.
