Beau was excellent for the sale of our home, he earned our trust quickly and kept us informed with a friendly approach all the way through the process. We are extremely happy with the sale result also, we will definitely use Beau again in the future.
Beau Hedley
We couldn't be happier with the exceptional service provided by Sam, Beau, and the entire Taylor Hedley team in selling our home. Sam's advice and recommendations were clearly explained, logical and the ended up being spot on. Sam's dedication was truly remarkable, he seemed to always be working, providing updates outside of normal business hours, seven days a week. Not only did they secure a quick sale and exceed our price expectations, but they also assisted by providing a reference, which helped secure a rental while we wait for our new home to be built. Their knowledge, professionalism, support, and tireless effort throughout the entire process were truly outstanding. We highly recommend Sam and the team to anyone looking for an agent, his five-star rating is definitely well deserved.

I would like to thank Beau Hedley and Sam Taylor and staff at Taylor and Hedley for their down to earth approach and professionalism they displayed during the sale of our property. We achieved what I believed to be an incredible outcome in both price and sale time of our property , the communication between both parties during this process was second to none, we were always kept abreast of how the sale was progressing, nothing was an issue . Would highly recommend Taylor and Hedley to anyone Thank you .
Beau Hedley
We can not rate Beau highly enough. Beau guided us through the sale of our home of over 30 years with genuine kindness and respect. Beau was right beside us all the way during the time our house was on the market as we faced some challenging circumstances, he went above and beyond as an agent for our house sale and also on a personal level. Beau, Sam and all the team at Taylor Hedley are more than just people who sell houses, they are the perfect example of what every real estate agent/agency should be. Honest, genuine, kind, loyal and most of all they work at getting the best result for both sellers and purchasers. We are extremely thankful that we made the right decision enlisting Beau to sell our home.

Sam sold a speculative development for us at Edgeworth, his communication was spot on, and he achieved the price he quoted us. As a builder I have dealt with many agents over the years building and selling spec homes, this is by far the best experience we have had, no inflated egos or story's, Sam just got the job done, will definitely use again on next project I have at West Wallsend. It has been a pleasure working with Beau, and his team to successfully sell my long term residence. He has acted as a true professional with integrity and honesty in all his dealings with me and the Buyers. His advise regarding marketing and strategy was spot on. Communication was no problem with Beau or any of the staff, who were always available to answer my numerous questions and keep me up to date during the auction campaign. It doesn't hurt that he has good sense of humour and a positive outlook.

Beau and the entire Taylor Hedley team are to be commended for the work they do; everyone you deal with is professional, knowledgeable and personable and they know how to get the job done! Beau will stand by you, through the highs and lows and is an assertive agent, who knows his stuff...just when you think you're at a low, Beau and the team will get you through it and take you back up to a high! No point looking any further for an agent, just go with the Taylor Hedley team and you'll be over the moon!

The process of selling or buying a home can be a roller coaster, but Sam and Beau make the ride enjoyable...they really hold your hand through the highs and lows and are truly with you all the way. I think back to the first time I spoke to Sam on the phone, I thought, okay, you've got me...then when we met, I knew he was the agent for us; no bs, just a genuine, down to earth guy, who knew his stuff. They have a fine tuned and seamless process, where you are kept in the loop from beginning to end and beyond. They are professional, knowledgeable, personable and their biggest asset (besides themselves) is their communication strategy; whether it's their communication with you as a vendor, or how they connect with potential buyers - they're across all social media platforms and they know their market well...and will go above and beyond to get the desired result...we are so happy to have sold our home with Sam and the Taylor Hedley team and would love to have the money to continue to buy and sell, just to stay in touch with them! I say that's a job well done!
