With 10 years' experience selling homes in Tuggeranong, Luke has seen it all. From administration to sales cadet and moving into being a senior sales consultant, Luke has also won both state and international auctioneering awards, taking home a people’s choice award at the age of 23. Over the course of his career, Luke has had the opportunity to call a large volume of auctions ranging from $350k to $3.3m. He also enjoys putting together new and exciting content and skills workshops to ensure agents are at the forefront of personal development, while providing relevant, up to date training and coaching. Luke's passion for the Canberra property market and enhancing the customer experience is at the forefront of everything he does on a day to day basis. His focus lies within the Tuggeranong area and surrounds, particularly the beautiful Lanyon Valley.

Sam has overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in residential real estate transactions. Accomplished in working with developers to secure an array of development opportunities including land subdivisions, townhouse developments and high rise apartment buildings. Aided with an intimate knowledge in site feasibility, acquisitions, planning and effective sales and marketing strategies affords Sam the reputation of being able successfully sell out projects from pre planning to the last sale. He is a tenacious negotiator with a genuine interest in helping his clients maximise the value of each project in all market conditions. In his free time Sam enjoys spending time with his gorgeous fiancée Anita and their dog Milo, keeping fit and playing the occasional game of golf.
