In June 2021, my wife Nicole and I purchased a weekender and investment property at Vacy. The property was in a great position however required extensive renovations which we carried out, the result, a beautiful two-bedroom home complimenting its bush surrounds. As owners also of a Real Estate Agency in Avoca Beach, we were very discerning in relation to whom we would be most comfortable to entrust with the sale of our property. Having observed properties for sale in the broader area since our purchase in 2021, Charlie Lund | The Agency and her team were a stand-out in terms of the presentation of marketing, and sale of properties on behalf of their Owners. From the outset, Charlie's timely communications, both telephone calls and emails were friendly, courteous, concise and professional, a clear indication we were in very capable hands. Our property was on the market less than a week before Charlie advised she had a buyer, her updates comprehensive and negotiation process thorough. Charlie worked closely with team member Tori Lund, from whom we also received regular communication until exchange of Contracts for Sale 30 November 2023. In a market where knowledge and relationship with the Purchaser is critical, Charlie and Tori were outstanding. Our own Real Estate Agency keeps us extremely busy however Nicole's and my intention will be to return to the area to retire in the future. Charlie Lund from the Agency was outstanding. She was spot on with knowing the area, the market and in recommending the sale price of the property. As executor of my recently deceased father’s estate and my living hundreds of miles away, her advice, support and assistance in getting the property ready for sale, was invaluable. After meeting and assessing the property, Charlie then took away my concerns and stress as she recommended and monitored the ongoing maintenance of the property, keeping it pristine during the selling process. She was in regular communication and responded immediately to any queries or requests. The sale of the property was quick, taking only 4 weeks, with suitable offers made within 2 weeks of the house being put on the market. Charlie Lund and her teams’ professionalism and personal approach, her knowledge of the local area and market was exceptional. Her understanding and legal knowledge of my challenges as an absent vendor and as executor made the whole process so easy. I would highly recommend her as an outstanding real estate agent.

Tori went out of her way to ensure we could both have an opportunity to view the property. Tori was ready for our inspection and had created a beautiful atmosphere in the house with music and candles to make the viewing experience really inviting and enjoyable. Tori gave us a generous amount of time to look through the home and was knowledgeable about everything the house has to offer. As first home buyers with little knowledge of the process Tori was really helpful by informing us of the steps we needed to take to secure the property. I found Tori extremely positive and knowledgeable. Tori went above what other real estate agents have done for me in previous sales. My sale had some complexities that did not fase Tori at all she always had the right solution for all situations and in doing this sold my house within the asking range in a matter of days which in today's market I find amazing. Tori is a great agent and in the future if I know anyone looking at purchasing or selling property I will be recommending her highly. I would also engage Tori myself if I am in a position to purchase more property
