I urge any person looking to engage Charlie to sell their property to read my feedback. I found Charlie professional, knowledgable, transparent and efficient to communicate and work with. She always responded to my calls and texts in a timely manner. Charlie was clearly working to gain her vendor the best possible outcome, however, this extended to me as the buyer because she was clearly working at a highly professional level. This was a vastly different experience to many of the other agents who I came across in the Hunter Valley area during my property search. As an out of area buyer, with pre-approved finance ready to do a deal, I was shocked at the lack of communication or consideration given to me by the agency that dominated the listings in the Maitland region. Knowing how these agents treated prospective buyers, I would never, ever, list a property for sale with them. How can an agent possibly get the best outcome for their vendor when they are competing with one another within their own office for hard fast listings and sales? Getting the deal done with the least amount of work for the agent does not equate to getting the most desirable outcome for the vendor, or subsequently the purchaser. From a buyer's perspective Charlie was great to deal with. I respect that she did the best for her vendor. If I were to sell a property in the area I would list with her because I know that I would be engaging a professional and quality agent who aims to facilitate positive property outcomes for everyone involved.
