When 10 years later she sold the same house for us, she hadn’t changed. Charlie was always on hand to answer questions, keep us up to date, and persevered with good humour and optimism during a difficult period of house sales due to the banks’ tightened lending criteria. Charlie and Tori were both great agents throughout this experience. Being first home buyers we were going in blind with all the fine details we needed to know and their communication skills through the process made it such a breeze. We were never left in the dark and they were both always contactable. We were able to organise inspections with them last minute and they were very flexible working around our availability. Some agents bully you, some agents don't care about the house they are selling, some agents simply can't stick to the same story and it makes you question their integrity. Charli and Tori are NONE of those I didn't feel like they were working for themselves or the seller, they made me feel like they were working for my best interests. 10/10! Would use them to sell my house so that the next purchaser will feel the same way i did when purchasing.
