Charlie was great to deal with - She was supportive and encouraging whilst telling me the facts and guiding me through the process. She was described to me as a Tiger and she was just that but a soft and gentle Tiger. Tori actually did the negotiations with my buyer and was unfaultable. I would use these guys again.
