Kerrie-Lee was very professional and exhibited an excellent knowledge of the market, particularly given the current difficult climate for selling in country areas like Toodyay. She correctly advised us not to further reduce the selling price sticking to her opinion that the property was well presented and well priced. Not long after this Kerrie-Lee obtained a full price cash offer with a quick settlement (30 days).
