Adam was honest to deal with right from the get go. He had a great marketing strategy which he continued to adjust throughout the sales process, due to the fact that it was a tough market with low numbers of buyers out and about. This was important as we always saw increased buyer turnouts when the changes were made and not just letting the marketing become stale and unsuccessful.
