Elkie was great to deal with. She was very professional, supportive and informative. We knew exactly what was happening through out the entire process and she was always available for any queries no matter how trivial. Elkie achieved a result that we only could have dreamed of on auction day. We cannot recommend Elkie enough! Would not deal with anyone else. 11/10.

Mitchal and his partner Elkie have just sold our 2nd property in 12 months. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the process. From the start they advised us on the best strategy to improve the property for sale, put us in touch with great trades people, and guided us all the way. Pre sale they helped clear up any rubbish a d even mowed the lawns. Above and beyond! At sale, they negotiated a price that exceeded our expectations.

I highly recommend Elkie zhou to all vendors. Elkie is fantastic and I couldn’t ask for better service. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Elkie and I thank her very much for all she continues to do.

Working with Mitch and Elkie for our second sale in 12 months was a great experience. They again gave us clear feedback on what would be needed to get the best sale price for value input. They arranged several great trades to effect cleanups and also went the extra yards (as before) by cleaning up when we couldn't get to the site and also Mitch mowed the garden just prior to second round inspections. Mitch negotiated a great price, well above our expectations. They're simply the best.

I would be happy to recommend Elkie to anyone considering selling their home. During the sale of our home she constantly kept us updated and was always a phone call away. Her knowledge and experience is invaluable. The most unique quality that Elkie possesses and sets her apart from other agents, is her honesty and from our initial meeting and throughout the sale of our home we had total control, this was very much appreciated.
