The pandemic struck in the middle of proceedings, so I was surprised that Adrian kept the flame alive. Michael Paproth recently sold my house at Middle Park, He was very professional and well prepared in his approach to selling my property. Selling property is stressful at the best of times. The sale of my unit ended up being significantly more stressful, as it coincided with a death in the family. This unexpected event meant I was preoccupied organizing the many aspects that go along with someones passing. I was fortunate Micheal stepped in and offered to manage everything. Both Michael and Emily were so great in every respect. I needed them to organize quickly and manage inspections in the restricted covid way without impacting the result adversely and they did it! I’m very pleased. The video was superb. Showing the property to those who couldn’t visit due to restrictions. They presented me with five offers at asking price in just 9 days. Excellent effort.
