I got a call back from him late afternoon and come to know that for retrieving my message Soha and his wife Shari who is helping him in his business, spend 30 min. to understand my message as my English is so good….(foreign English) Soha is down to earth and approachable. He was patient and explained everything we asked in as much detail as we required. He was never pushy. There were a few times that we have requested Soha for the inspection of the property in castle hill and he always help us by making an arrangement for the inspection, some time he help us by making inspection after normal hours. He always has smiling face when he approaches customers. Because of his extensive knowledge and honesty, we completely trusted Soha when we did find "The One" and he gave it the thumbs up, and this really putting an end to our search for the perfect family home. The day we made the offer, there was another potential buyer. It was, of course, nerve wrecking to size up the competition but that's just how the bubble market is. The experience that I purchased the property of 73 Bella Vista Drive through Soha Soheili and Sherry Soheili was really fabulous. Since very beginning after I inspected this property I became very interested. Two elements led to this. First, the property itself is in very good condition and all apsects of it are in my strong interest, Secondly, which is more important, that Soha and Sherry provided professional assistance in helping me to understand everything of this property, and also the selling history of nearby properties with similar conditions. Whenever there is questions arising ( of course from me), Soha provided timely and professional information and explanation with patience, which helped me a lot and thus I made a very firm decistion that I wanted to bid and win the auction. In the auction, Soha also provided some very useful tips for me to win the bidding. But certainly, I don't think this tips has helped to lowered the property price it only helped me to stand out in all bidders, thus win the bid. For those land or property owners, I would recommend Soha to you if you need professional agent, who can help you find the rihgt and best buyers.
