Dedicated professional

The greatest agent yet
Soha is the epitome of professionalism. He met every promise he made, he was always on time, he kept us up to date with developments, he was polite, helpful, was always neatly attired and sold our house at the first open house for a very satisfactory price. We have sold seven houses and have used a number of agents, but Soha was by far the best of them all. We can recommend Soha to anyone who wants to sell their house for a good price and with a minimum of fuss.

Fabulous Experience
When we selected Soha as our Agent we did so primarily on his competent knowledge and understanding of the Bella Vista market. Little did we know that in addition to his excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with his overall professionalism, we found Soha to be a very caring and compassionate man. The Best in the Northwest
When I first approach Soha it was by phone, I call Soha for an inquiry about the property in castle hill and can’t make contact in the first place so leave message for him. I got a call back from him late afternoon and come to know that for retrieving my message Soha and his wife Shari who is helping him in his business, spend 30 min. to understand my message as my English is so good….(foreign English) Soha is down to earth and approachable. He was patient and explained everything we asked in as much detail as we required. He was never pushy. There were a few times that we have requested Soha for the inspection of the property in castle hill and he always help us by making an arrangement for the inspection, some time he help us by making inspection after normal hours. He always has smiling face when he approaches customers. Because of his extensive knowledge and honesty, we completely trusted Soha when we did find "The One" and he gave it the thumbs up, and this really putting an end to our search for the perfect family home. The day we made the offer, there was another potential buyer. It was, of course, nerve wrecking to size up the competition but that's just how the bubble market is. Soha always updating us about the market changes and encouraging us to take decision as early as possible, he also helps us by providing all required documents promptly for our finance institution for the loan approval, and as a results our finance institution has approved our loan and we got our dream house. He also helps us by convincing owner for allowing extension of cooling off period. Soha also help us in buying some entertainment equipment from the owner at concession price.
