I was lucky enough to have Finley as my Agent. He approached me and I am so so glad he did. He was attentive and organised, professional and punctual and went so far above & beyond his role. He finalised a sale, off market within 11 days for a great price and then continued to stay involved, offering assistance in all manner of things from removalists to offering to help in finding my interim accommodation. I first contacted Jill several years ago to get an appraisal on my Mother’s Gordon unit; she stayed in touch without being annoying. Fast forward to earlier this year when we decided to place the unit on the market, Jill was the only person we considered. She is pleasant, knowledgeable of the current market, persistent and best of all, easy to deal with. She had the added challenge of dealing with two interstate attorneys, which she dealt with very professionally and patiently. She also went above and beyond in organising and coordinating contractors to get the unit fit for market. Highly recommended
