There are simply no words to express my wonderful experience with Fiona. If it was possible to rate Susie more than 5 stars, we would due to her amazing help selling our property in a difficult market. Her communication was outstanding and we felt involved and taken along the journey. She was always available to answer calls or emails. Nothing was too much trouble for Susie - she even had our open house twice in a Saturday for many weeks, which gave the opportunity for buyers to come back in the same day. She was thoughtful with private viewings as we were living in the property. She gave us great advice throughout the campaign - we did everything she advised us to do so we felt we had done everything possible to maximise our sale. I was always able to talk through ideas to maximise our property and appeal to the most buyers. Susie understands the market intricately and was able to talk us through the process in a professional way. She listened to our concerns about the market and our home and gave advice.
