Kris is a great communicator. He was my initial contact with The North Agency and he made me feel that he had an in depth understanding about the local real estate and how he could guide us to achieve our goals. Kris invited me to an auction, as I found the idea of an auction daunting. Watching Kris and his team in action was invaluable and helped our confidence when going into our own auction. I couldn't recommend Eddy highly enough given my experience working with him on a recent home sale. From the outset he was genuine, engaged and added value to my expectations. It's never an easy task to sell a house, but Eddy went the extra mile on many occasions, reducing my stress and work load. I felt confident leaving so many aspects of the house presentation and sale in his hands that the entire process was seamless. Eddy and his team have been amazing throughout this whole process. The Communication was great and we were kept in the loop with everything. The house sold for around the price stated in the beginning so they are straight shooters. Christina the stylist was great and made the house look amazing. I nearly took it off the market it looked so good. I would recommend Eddy and the team to all potential families who would like to sell their house with no fuss and no pushy sales people. BTW Eddy wears short stylish pants, no socks and this is another reason I went with him. LOL

Harry is excellent, very professional and I would recommend their company highly. Both Kris and Harry work together well and have created a company that has high ethics , a well rounded knowledge of the industry and will deliver a realistic price. I personally appreciated them being upfront at the beginning and guiding my expectations appropriately rather than feeding me rubbish to get the business. I feel they are honest not only towards the seller but also to the buyer. As selling is a stressful process, they both made it a less painful process.
