The house sold for around the price stated in the beginning so they are straight shooters. Christina the stylist was great and made the house look amazing. I nearly took it off the market it looked so good. I would recommend Eddy and the team to all potential families who would like to sell their house with no fuss and no pushy sales people. BTW Eddy wears short stylish pants, no socks and this is another reason I went with him. LOL
