Michael Spurge was incredible. I had met with a few different real-estate agents who were unreliable and un-knowledgeable. Michael came to our house late at night to meet with us to fit in around our schedule he explained everything in detail and was eager to help us. Once we signed the paperwork Michael and his lovely wife (who also works in The Real-estate) kept us up-to-date with the sale progress. I sold my house in two weeks for top dollar. Professional, Extremely easy to talk to and actually listened to what I had to say. Great friendly service and no complaining about why the potential buyers did not want the house, as I encountered with other agents. My house was sold in a couple of weeks with with ease. Even when a contact fell through because of finance he immediately chased up additional buyers the same afternoon and I had a contact to sign next day. I received the price I wanted.
