Long distance purchasing can be challenging, but all staff in particular Nick and Nikita at Harcourts Huon Valley went above and beyond to assist me through my property journey. They communicated clearly and professionally, provided me with extra information, pics and videos as I could not attend the property in person. This has by far been my best real-estate experience.

My family and I have had real estate dealings with Nick for over 25 years, he has always kept us informed, presented us with different scenarios and come back to us months later when we were the buyer to put in another offer, even when we were overseas. The experience has been equally positive now we are selling.
