Nicola showed a high level of professionalism and care when dealing with the sensitive nature and sale of our beloved family home of 35 years. Had a great knowledge of the market value of the area and put forward a few different options to consider when selling. She was also very helpful to prepare the house for home opens which helped get a quick sale above the sale price wee were expecting and recommended trade services for essential work that needed to be done prior to settlement which was really helpful.
