Having grown up and living in the area Nicola had good local knowledge of the area and the type of buyers the house would attract. Gave good advise on what to do and not to do to improve house appeal with out over capitalizing. She was in the middle of transitioning between companies which did not affect her professionalism. Only negative i would say was at one stage felt a little pushed to sell for a quick sale. This was most likely influenced by the changing of companies and closing out any existing agreements with old employer.

I wouldn't even bother calling anyone else to give an appraisal as I know she will get what I want and excellent, honest service.
