Very happy experience as a first-time landlord

Great Rental Result!

Kate and Tracey went above and beyond while finding tenants for our 3 bedroom house in Tempe. The property was leased at the right price two weeks after listing. Great job!

Kate helped us rent out our property even at a time when rents were down and vacancies were up. Because of her advice and help with photography and advertising the queue was up the driveway even though other units in the street have been empty for months. We got a significant number of applications and that helped us to choose the tenants we thought would suit our property and building the most. We know she’ll do a great job managing.
