The Walmsley Group have been managing my property for around 6 months and the difference between them and my previous agency is astounding. I live a good distance from the property and I've now got someone who is actively looking after it, I'm told immediately when work is required and repairs are carried out quickly. They are firm but fair with tenants, inspections are done on time and they don't let anything slide. They know the rental market and suggested a good increase on the rent when it came up for lease and there were no problems finding a tenant at the new price. My other agent had told me that it wouldn't rent at a higher price. Great job by the Walmsley Group and no regrets changing to them.

Tiana offers a great property management service. Issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently, property inspections are conducted thoroughly and inspection reports contain numerous photographs. Property statements are issued regularly and Tiana's reporting system is second to non, allowing you to recover all financial activity from the net at any time. Most importantly Tiana works for you, the Landlord. She'll always go into bat against tenants where some other agents like to take the easy way out... Thoroughly recommended!
