I have been with another agency in prior years but since coming on board with Tiana, I feel like I have received a much more tailored and personalised approach. She goes above and beyond to keep me updated on the latest trends and what I could do to increase the value of my property. She is excellent at maintaining regular contact and updating me on maintenance that needs to be carried out in a prompt and affordable manner. I highly recommend Tiana if you wanting to rent your property out, or to have on board if you are looking to invest.

From our application to moving in we have had peace of mind with the knowledge that Tiana from the Walmsey Group was always available to see my family through to the next step of housing. It's a relief to be treated more than just number.

Tiana and her team are the best by far. In all my years of having investment properties dealing with different agents, I can confidently say these guys are the best. Communication and willingness to go that extra mile. I couldn't recommend them enough.

My experience with Tiana from Walmsley was nothing short of amazing. After relocating from interstate I found myself in a difficult situation dealing with a realestate that was trying to rent a property to me that was unlivable. Not only did Tiana assist with advice and support whilst I navigated that process, she was able to quickly and without hassle secure a rental property for me that I could move to straight away. I cannot rate Tiana and the Walmsley group high enough. They are professional, knowledgeable, understanding and just all round GOOD PEOPLE. Thank you Tiana and the Walmsley Group. I will be forever grateful for you support and assistance during my big move from interstate. ☺️

As first time investment property owners we are completely confident our property is in the best hands. Tiana was there when we got the keys and talked through the whole rental process with us. We knew straight away that Tiana would find us the right tenant. Tiana has been efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Her approachable nature has meant we have been comfortable to ask any question regardless of how trivial it might be. We are extremely happy we found Tiana and would highly recommend The Walmsley Group.
