If you're deciding between agencies to lease and manage your property, look no further!! Tiana and her team have gone above and beyond. I've had the worst handover with the builder and Tiana has worked tirelessly to sort it out for me. She and her team are extremely professional and communicative. She also managed to get me top of the range rent for my property and it was on the market for less than a week. She's so switched on and I am so happy to have her manage my property because I know if any issues arise, they will be sorted out promptly.

Tiana and her team have been managing our town house since 2021. Tiana goes above and beyond to make sure that we and the tenants are happy and that the house is well maintained. Whenever an issue or repair has cropped up it has been dealt with promptly. Tiana has a wealth of knowledge and contacts in Toowoomba to keep the house in the best condition possible.
