Two years ago we switched to the Walmsley group and we can honestly say it was the best decision. The reports we get each inspection are so detailed that we feel like we know exactly what condition our house is in. Any maintenance issues are raised and dealt with very quickly. Staff are super responsive and even give suggestions on ways we can improve our house. To say we have been blown away by the service is an understatement. We would buy another house in Toowoomba just because the Walmsley group would manage it for us! All staff are professional, communication is second to none and they really "get" that this is your investment and look after it better than we could have! We would highly recommend.
