Going, Going, Gone.
What can we say, every thing happened so quickly it was unbelievable. Linda said it would take a couple of weeks to sell our home and she was bang on. No bell's and whistles with Linda McCabe just excellent Market knowledge, communication and Negotiation skills. We have no hesitation in recommending Linda McCabe for a fair price and a quick sale.

We have just bought a nice little house in Eagleby, and although the bank has made the process a nightmare with changing policies in the middle of the application process, his assistance helped us to navigate it through. We have needed to request extensions on both the unconditional contract and the settlement date multiple times, and Scott helped so much to explain the situation to the vendors and mediating on our behalf, even though he was formally representing the sellers and not us, the buyers. I'm not sure we had our house settled successfully if it wasn't for his assistance going well beyond the call of duty as a sales agent. Having an investment portfolio of multiple properties we have dealt with a few real estate agents, so we do have our good and bad experiences. On this basis we can confidently say that Scott is one of the great agents out there; he is attentive, knowledgeable, approachable, and honest (a very valuable trait indeed!), and just gets things done without even trying to talk bullsh*t or be pushy. Lots of thanks and compliments Scott, you are a breath of fresh air in the industry.

A Great Man and Salesman
We were over the moon to have Scott sell our house before we had officially put it "on the market". Long Time Coming
